In 2023, the Agroinspectorate held state registration of more than 10,000 new technical specialists.

It’s not for nothing that experienced farmers say: “Technology is the farmer’s wing.” Abundant agricultural production depends on agricultural practices. Therefore, in our country, managers of agricultural cluster enterprises and farmers pay special attention to the acquisition of modern agricultural equipment with a scientific approach to the field.

Based on the requirements of the Regulations approved by Government Decree No. 170 in 2023, Uzagroinspektsiya carries out state registration of agricultural, reclamation and road construction equipment.Based on the requirements of the Regulations approved by Government Decree No. 170 in 2023, Uzagroinspektsiya carries out state registration of agricultural, reclamation and road construction equipment.


By using digitalization locally and reducing the necessary documents and time, it has been possible for individuals and legal entities to carry out state registration of equipment in 1 business day.


As a result, in 2023, more than 10 thousand new agricultural, reclamation and road construction equipment were registered.


In particular, about 8 thousand of these machines are agricultural and more than 2 thousand are land reclamation and road-building machines.


Of these,


3980 hay transport tractors;
Driving tractors 421;
Mini tractors 652;
152 grain harvesters;
58 cotton pickers;
2586 agricultural units;
526 excavators;
51 bulldozers;
Loaders 1124;
Catox 226;
There are 445 land reclamation and road construction units.
It is noteworthy that of the newly registered more than 10 thousand machines, 60-70 percent are high-performance modern resource-saving machines.


This year, Uzagroinspectorate will move on to state registration of agricultural, reclamation and road construction equipment in order to create greater convenience for individuals and legal entities based on their requests. Work will continue to create services for registration and issuance of state license plates and technical passports there.

State services for registering equipment are provided through the Inspectorate, government service centers and YAIDXP (my.gov.uz) based on a questionnaire from the owner of the equipment or his representative.
Upon state registration or re-registration of equipment:


for state registration or re-registration of agricultural, reclamation and road-building equipment and self-propelled vehicles for which a technical passport has been issued - in the amount of 20 percent of the BHM (66,000 soums);


for state registration or re-registration of agricultural, reclamation and road-building machines, units and equipment subject to a technical certificate, a fee of 18 percent of the BHM (59,400 soums) is charged.
