Violations of agricultural land are being detected
Today, control over the use of agricultural land for specific purposes is carried out by "Uzagroinspektsiya" under the Ministry of Agriculture.
In particular, in order to ensure the implementation of the Decree No. PF-5742 "On measures for the effective use of land and water resources in agriculture", a number of tasks are performed by land experts on the ground within the scope of their authority.
The Department of Control of the Use of Agricultural Lands of the Tashkent Region Department of the Inspectorate studied the purposeful and effective use of agricultural land allocated to legal entities and individuals in the region.
In particular, in the area of 0.033021 hectares (330.21 square meters) of arable land on contour 321q-323q of the agricultural map with 81 points, which is included in the category of land irrigated by "LYUKS MAX AGRO" LLC (the name has been changed) in the "Navroz" area of Zangiota district, according to Article 44 of the Land Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan The damage caused by the removal of arable land from agricultural circulation as a result of the construction of buildings in violation of the article amounted to 41 million 671 thousand 94 soums.
In addition, 740 million 834 thousand 50 soums of irrigated land area of 0.66 hectares with a rating of 72 points from the 60q-contour of the agricultural map in the Free Zone "Kelajak AGRO" LLC (the name has been changed) was calculated as a result of arbitrary construction of buildings.
Also, 0.12 hectares of irrigated land with a credit score of 39 on the 383k contour of the agricultural map of "AGRO Lider" LLC (the name has been changed) in this area was arbitrarily dug up for a fish pond, 72 million. 960 thousand 980 soums were estimated as damages.
All documents regarding the above violations were submitted to the law enforcement authorities.
