15 thousand 696 tons, 589 tons in 5 elite seed farms and 4 thousand 33 tons of seed wheat are stored in separate herds according to varieties and generations in "Zhargorgon Best seeds" LLC.

On August 1, 2023, in the seed sorting and treatment workshop of "Shorchidon products" JSC, "cleaning, sorting, treatment and storage of the seeds of spiked grain crops for the purpose of planting for the harvest of 2024 and sowing of grain crops of autumn spikes" an exhibition seminar meeting dedicated to the issues of "organizational conduct" was held.

The governor of the region, U. Kasimov, took part in the seminar and defined tasks for all organizations in the agricultural system to supply the 89 thousand 325 hectares of the region with seeds of high-quality grain crops, to conduct the planting season in a short period of time and efficiently. .

A graphic on cleaning, sorting and treatment of accumulated seed wheat was developed and approved by the regional administration.

Based on the graph, sorting and treatment of seed lots is carried out in 8 seed stores in the region, including 1763.4 tons in Muzrabot seed store belonging to "Surkhondaryodon products" JSC, 1850.8 tons in Termiz seed store, 1850.8 tons in Sherabad seed store 2521.4 tons in the shop, 4407.4 tons in the Shorchi seed shop belonging to "Shorchidon products" JSC, 2239.2 tons in the Denov seed shop, 1022.3 tons in the S. Rakhimov seed shop, Sariosiyo seed 1891.7 tons in the workshop, and 4622 tons of seed wheat in "Zhargorgon West SEEDS" LLC, which belongs to the Center for Seed Development.

Seed preparation works are carried out according to the schedule and the quality storage, distribution and planting of certified seeds for planting are carried out by the Surkhandarya Regional Department of "Uzagroinspeksiya" and was fully controlled by the district departments.
