Surkhandarya: Planting seeds for the 2024 harvest has been completed

This year in the Surkhandarya region it is planned to sow seeds on 72 thousand 270 hectares of land.

Seedlings sprouted on 31,835 hectares or 44% of the sown area.

In particular, it was revealed that 25% of seedlings sprouted on 10,828 hectares, 50% on 8,641 hectares, 75% on 8,900 hectares, and 100% on 3,466 hectares.

At the same time, 1,280 farmers are planned to take part in the timely and high-quality processing of cotton rows in the region.

Today, 2,765 hectares or 4% of the sown area have been cultivated.

The timely and high-quality implementation of each agrotechnical activity on cotton fields is monitored by the Inspectorate throughout the season.
