"Everyone has the right to address, directly and jointly with others, state bodies and organizations, citizens' self-government bodies, officials or people's representatives with applications, proposals and complaints. Applications, proposals and complaints must be considered in accordance with the procedure and within the time limits established by law."
This legal norm is enshrined in Article 40 of our Constitution.
The Jizzakh regional department of the Agro-Industrial Complex Supervision Inspectorate under the Cabinet of Ministers has been consistently operating within the framework of these constitutional requirements, a system of working with appeals from individuals and legal entities.
In recent years, the right of individuals and legal entities to appeal to state bodies has been established at the constitutional level, and in recent years, the necessary conditions and legal mechanisms have been created for each person to unconditionally exercise this constitutional right.
Also, the Jizzakh regional department of "Uzagroinspection" received a total of 65 appeals in 12 months of 2024. That is, the number of appeals increased by 58 compared to the same period in 2023.
The analysis of appeals shows that the majority of citizens' complaints are in the form of dissatisfaction with the actions of officials in land relations. This situation has been observed in previous years.
The right to appeal is one of the constitutional rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen, and therefore ensuring its implementation is the primary task of state authorities and management bodies.
In conclusion, the Jizzakh regional department of the "Uzagroinspection" is effectively working within its competence in considering appeals from individuals and representatives of legal entities in cooperation with interested state bodies and organizations.
