The 19th International Congress "Sustainable Future" was held by the Turkish Flour Industry Federation (TUSAF) in Antalya, Turkey, on February 13-16 this year.

The Congress was attended by heads and specialists of flour, pasta and feed manufacturers, their suppliers, flour milling equipment and bakery products manufacturers, more than 1,300 national and 40 international delegates, more than 500 companies and representatives of more than 1,000 large organizations, including 4 specialists from the Inspection for Supervision of the Agro-Industrial Complex under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State Enterprise "Center for Quality Assessment of Agricultural Products".

The specialists of "Uzagroinspection" shared information with the Congress participants on the reforms and work done in the grain and flour sector in the Republic of Uzbekistan. At the same time, they got acquainted with innovative technologies in the grain and its processing sector.

During this Congress, delegates from Uzagroinspection became familiar with innovative technologies for improving the gluten and baking quality of grains and grain products and producing export-oriented products, and acquired the necessary knowledge and skills.
