The implementation of the resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the sector is being monitored by the Uzagroinspection.

The Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 465 dated December 30, 2024 “On measures to increase crop production using additional opportunities in agricultural areas” was adopted, according to which it was determined that 26 million 167 thousand fruit trees will be planted on 29 thousand 891 hectares of field edges in the regions of the republic in 2025.

 In particular, the resolution provides for the planting of cherry seedlings on 5 thousand 990 hectares, plum seedlings on 5 thousand 941 hectares, quince seedlings on 2 thousand 989 hectares, grape seedlings on 4 thousand 259 hectares, almond seedlings on 3 thousand 472 hectares, chilon jiyda seedlings on 4 thousand 152 hectares, and mulberry seedlings on 3 thousand 88 hectares of field edges this year.

The Inspectorate fully monitored the implementation of this resolution on the ground, namely the timely and high-quality planting of fruit tree seedlings on the edges of the fields.

During the control measures carried out, warnings were issued to 34,492 farms in the regions, as well as 426 entities supplying seedlings and seeds, regarding the timely and high-quality planting of seedlings on the edges of the fields.

The work carried out in the regions on the implementation of this resolution is constantly monitored by the territorial departments and district departments of the Inspectorate throughout the season.
