What are the cases of land violations in the past year?

Specialists of the Agricultural Land Use Control Department of the Inspectorate performed a number of tasks in accordance with the legal and regulatory documents regulating the activity of the Inspectorate.

In particular, in the last period of this year, in total 1 thousand 521 cases of land violations were recorded on 304.7 hectares of agricultural land, of which 274 hectares were on irrigated land, 1.6 hectares were on dry land, 25.5 hectares of pasture land and 3.4 hectares of gray land constitute violations of the law.

As a result of the arbitrary withdrawal of agricultural land from agricultural circulation, it was found that a total of 206 billion 960 million soums of damage was caused to agriculture.

871 documents were sent to the prosecutor's office, 370 documents were sent to the regional units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, 229 were sent to other organizations, 12 were sent to land users, and 39 were filed lawsuits. .

In particular, studies were conducted on the results of rapid monitoring activities carried out on 338.9 thousand hectares of agricultural land by experts in regional departments during July 2024, and a total of 21.5 in the Republic of Karakalpakstan and regions it was found that a number of shortcomings were allowed in the effective use of land in hectares of land.

Arbitrary construction of agricultural land - 17.7 hectares in 46 cases, Unauthorized construction on the land by the land user - 0.6 hectares in 6 cases, Damage to the fertile soil layer without permission - 5 cases in the case of 3.2 hectares, the collected documents on the identified cases of violations of the law were sent to the law enforcement agencies for taking action in the prescribed manner.
