About the organization of the quality approval process in the seed cotton fields of Jizzakh region

August 7 of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan In order to ensure the implementation of Order No. 146 of 2023 and the quality of the approval process in seed cotton fields, On August 10 of this year, an exhibition seminar was organized by the Council at the "Yoruglik" farm, Zafarabad district, Jizzakh region.

The seminar was attended by leaders and employees of the Regional Department of Agriculture, Regional Director of the Regional Seed Development Center, Regional Department of Uzagroinspeksiya, Heads of Agricultural Departments of Cotton-growing Districts, Cotton Textile Clusters, Seeds heads of farms and members of the approval working group took part.

By the participants of the seminar, a total of 276 subjects in the region It was agreed upon to ensure timely and high-quality field approval inspection of 6,140 hectares of seed cotton fields.

In addition, the specialists of the regional "Seed Development Center" provided understanding to the seed producers about the requirements for seed production, the procedure and tasks of field inspection.

Also, at the seminar, the regional department of "Ozagroinspeksiya" told the members of the approval working group, leaders of cotton textile clusters and farms, that the inspection of seed cotton fields will be carried out by the Republic of Uzbekistan "Seed to Appropriate recommendations were made regarding the implementation of the Law No. 521 and the Cabinet of Ministers' decision No. 641 and the implementation of the regulatory legal documents related to the field of seed production.
