The decision of the Cabinet of Ministers (No. 170, 29.04.2023) "On measures to improve the system of public services in the field of agriculture, reclamation and road construction equipment use" was adopted.
 
 
 
 
 
 
By decision, registration and deregistration of agricultural, land reclamation and road construction machinery, issuance of information on machinery, technical inspection, issuance of tractor driver's license administrative regulations on the provision of state services were approved.

According to the decision, individuals and legal entities:

state registration and deregistration of machinery, as well as making electronic applications and payments through State Service Centers and YAIDXP (my.gov.uz) to obtain a tractor driver's certificate;

to get a certificate of registration of equipment through YAIDXP (my.gov.uz) without coming to the Inspection;

it is possible to carry out a technical inspection in any region, regardless of the region where the equipment is registered.

Persons registered in the "Unified Register of Social Protection" system and with group I and II disabilities are given the opportunity to pay 50% of the amount of the fee set for state services provided by Uzagroinspeksia.

Also, the contracts signed by the notary offices confirming the ownership of the equipment required for the state registration of the equipment, and the customs cargo declarations, without requiring legal entities and individuals, electronic receipt of these documents from the relevant organizations by the Inspection is being implemented. .

From May 1, 2023, the practice of technical inspection of the equipment of individuals and legal entities using mobile technical control lines will be introduced.

In order to ensure the electronic maintenance of the technical condition of the equipment, the electronic database of the technical inspection of the equipment "Technical inspection" is an automated information system.

It will be developed by July 1, 2023.

The theoretical exams for obtaining a tractor-driver's certificate will be made possible to take in the form of a full computer test and to automatically evaluate the result of the exam, as well as to reduce the current age of 21 to 18 years for obtaining the "E" and "F" tractor-driver categories. .
