Also, 3rd irrigation of cotton was carried out on 65.2 percent of the area, and ginning was carried out on the entire area.

Andijan regional administration and district departments of "Uzagroinspektsiya" are conducting continuous monitoring activities on the timely and quality implementation of agrotechnical activities on cotton care.

During the control activities, deficiencies were found in 4,995 hectares of cotton area of ​​1,473 farms. In particular, several cases were monitored, such as the small number of seedlings in the cotton fields of the farms, sparse germination, low-quality and late cultivation in the fields, low-quality feeding with mineral fertilizers, no timely or low-quality weeding, and low-quality treatment against pests and insects. 942 warnings were issued to farms and 23 submissions were made to the heads of the sector in order to eliminate deficiencies.
