Andijan: Agricultural machinery has been fully overhauled
In Andijan region, in 2024, cotton cultivation was carried out on an area of 71 thousand 331 hectares.
The province has a total of 1,296 transport tractors and 1,880 tractor-trailers participating in this year's cotton season, and the readiness of these machines for the season is being studied based on the established requirements. During inspection of the available agricultural machinery in the district within the scope of the powers given to the inspectorate, it was found that 1296 tractors (or 100 percent) and 1819 tractor trailers (or 97 percent) were ready for the season.
In addition, 11 new modern cotton picking machines were brought to our region by Agrolizing, these machines were inspected for this year's season and all kinds of service services were performed. Also, in order to create reserves of primary spare parts and lubricants needed for modern cotton picking machines during the season, the employees of the district department of the Inspectorate are giving relevant instructions to the cluster enterprise.
With the help of a set of mobile diagnostic equipment allocated by "Uzagroinspektsiya" for the technical inspection of agricultural machinery, regional technical inspection specialists provide practical assistance in the technical inspection of out-of-repair machinery, and the machinery that participates in the cotton picking season is put in good condition.
Based on the powers given to "Uzagroinspektsiya" by the current legal documents, the daily control activities on the preparation of agricultural machinery for the cotton harvesting season are continued, and relevant measures are being considered for the detected deficiencies.
