The Department of Control of the Use of Agricultural Lands of the Andijan Regional Department of "Uzagroinspektsiya" is constantly monitoring the situations that caused agricultural land to be put out of use as a result of arbitrarily taking possession of it.

In particular, from the land intended for agriculture with a credit rating of 71.2 on the 9636 contour of the agricultural map in the territory of the "Y. Okhunboboev" massif of Andijan district, citizen Q. Z. 0.50 hectares of land allotted to him for a greenhouse, without proper permission and without valid documents, he arbitrarily surrounded 0.30 hectares of land with a concrete wall and built buildings and structures in the form of housing, the agricultural land was removed from agricultural circulation . As a result, 333 million 1 thousand 375 soums were damaged.

Also, from the lands intended for agriculture with creditworthiness of 71.2 points on the 9636 contour of the agricultural map in the territory of the massif named "Y. Okhunboboev" of Andijan district, citizen R. G'. 0.20 hectares of the 0.50 hectares of land allocated for a greenhouse was arbitrarily surrounded by a concrete wall without obtaining the appropriate permission and without valid documents, and the amount of damage caused to the agricultural land as a result of the construction of buildings in the form of housing. economy is 222 million 916 soums.

The procedure for compensating for damages caused to owners, users, tenants and owners of land plots, agricultural and forestry production failure, as well as in cases where land is withdrawn from agricultural use, approved by the decision of the government No. 146 dated May 25, 2011 "On" in the regulation, the amount of damage caused in the cases of arbitrarily leaving the land from agricultural circulation is 555 million 2 thousand 291 soums in total in 2 cases.

Lawsuits are submitted to the courts in accordance with the established procedure to prevent violations of the law regarding the identified land and recover the amount of damage caused.
