It is planned to receive a total of 146,800 tons from the 2024 grain harvest in Bukhara region, of which 52,300 tons will be stored and 94,500 tons for temporary storage.
In order to provide the population with high-quality grain, flour and bread products, to ensure food safety and price stability of grain and bread products in the domestic market, taking into account that wheat purchased for the state resource is used for food purposes by the commercial representative, based on the requirements of state standards, receiving and storing grain is required.
As of June 11 of this year, a total of 25,408 tons, of which 4,405 tons were saved, and 21,003 tons were received for temporary storage in accordance with the requirements of the state standard O'zDSt 880:2015.
The employees of the Bukhara regional office of "Ozagroinspektsiya" strictly controlled the placement, correct analysis and storage of samples in separate storage rooms based on the requirements of the regulatory documents on the received grain and according to the quality and class of grain.
Also, the basic and limited standards for receiving grain are correctly carried out, in which moisture - 14.0%, impurities - 1.0%, grain mixture - 3.0%, nature - 750 G/l quality parameters BASIS standard and moisture - 17 .0%, impurities - 5.0%, cereal mixture - 15.0%, the laboratory staff of the grain receiving stations are being informed about the quality indicators being within the limits.
