In particular, control is established over the seasonal preparation of agricultural machinery involved in spring field work, and appropriate practical assistance is provided on site for the quality organization of repair work.
In total, more than 136 thousand units of agricultural machinery are planned to take part in this year’s spring field work throughout the country.
More than 57,000 units, or 42% of the equipment participating in the season, are modern high-performance agricultural machines purchased over the past 5 years.
In the regions, centralized repair of equipment was organized and the logistics necessary for settlements were provided, including: a forge shop, a welding machine, a lathe, etc.
As a result of providing hot meals and other conditions for workers involved in repair work, the repair of equipment participating in this year’s season was completed 15-20 days earlier than last year. Only vehicles that are in good condition during the season are monitored for technical inspection.
1 million. 169 thousand 775 hectares of irrigated areas are sown with grain crops, of which 1 million areas. 131,000 hectares or 93% are in the budding stage, and 38,000 hectares or 6% are developing in the 3-4 leaf stage.
Irrigation work was carried out on grain fields twice.
In order for grain in the regions to arrive in the villages in bulk, grain fields in the autumn months were fed with nitrogenous mineral fertilizers at the rate of 100-150 kg per hectare (in physical terms), and today the grain is fertilized with nitrogen fertilizers in the regions. The 1st spring fertilizing has begun .
At the moment, 81 thousand hectares or 7 percent of grain fields in the republic have been fertilized.
Today, 3 tons of local fertilizers per hectare have been installed on grain fields, and in February, 413,660 tons or 12 percent of local fertilizers were released on grain fields to date.
During the season, industry specialists carried out 108 preventive measures and 189 inspections to ensure timely and high-quality implementation of agrotechnical measures for grain care.
During these activities, 228 deficiencies were identified, 73 warnings were issued, 145 written instructions were issued, and 61 recommendations were given to eliminate deficiencies.
This year, a number of activities were carried out to prepare seeds for planting cotton.
In particular, in our country, cleaning and sorting of seeds, depilation and treatment of agricultural crops from diseases and pests are in full swing. The implementation of these activities in accordance with the requirements of the state standard was fully controlled by inspectors of the regional departments of the Agroinspectorate and district departments.
In particular, it is planned to sow 1 million hectares of cotton varieties in the republic for the 2024 harvest, and 50 thousand tons of seeds are needed for planting.
It is planned to plant 22 early-ripening, 3 mid-ripening, 4 fine-fiber and 24 promising and new varieties of cotton suitable for climatic conditions.
All necessary measures have also been taken for the full operation of 46 seed production workshops across the republic.
A sufficient number of bags and labels have been created for packaging seeds and chemicals.
Since the beginning of the season, 45.5 thousand tons or 81.3 percent of seeds have been cleaned and sorted compared to the plan, and this work continues.
In addition, during the season, employees of the regional department and district department carried out 188 control activities and issued warnings regarding identified deficiencies.
