Damages caused to agricultural lands due to illegal constructions are being determined

The Department of Control of the Use of Agricultural Lands of the Kashkadarya Regional Department of "Uzagroinspeksiya" is constantly monitoring the cases that caused agricultural land to be put out of use as a result of arbitrary occupation. .

A number of cases of violations of the law were detected during the control measures. Only last July of this year in Chirakchi district, it was found that 3 citizens made illegal constructions without permission on a total of 0.23 hectares of irrigated land in the reserve land fund of the district. In this case, the amount of damage caused is 70,186,448 one hundred and eighty-six thousand four hundred and forty-eight) soums.

Information was submitted to the Chirakchi district prosecutor's office in accordance with the established procedure for the prevention of the aforementioned land violations and recovery of the amount of damage caused.

In a similar situation, a plot of 0.032 hectares of irrigated land with a credit score of 48.6 was arbitrarily taken by 2 citizens from the 3q-contour of the agricultural map allocated for the purpose of establishing a farm in the Chiyal region of Kokdala district. It was found that it was an illegal construction.

In this case, the amount of damage caused amounted to 16,165,785 (sixteen million, one hundred and sixty-five thousand, seven hundred and eighty-five) soums.

Information was submitted to the law enforcement agencies in accordance with the established procedure for the prevention of land violations and recovery of the amount of damage caused.

In addition, extensive campaigning is being carried out in the neighborhoods to preserve agricultural land types, especially irrigated land areas, to prevent illegal occupation and arbitrary constructions.

Explanations were given to 2,745 of the 16,283 agricultural land users operating in 14 districts of the region regarding the contents of legal and regulatory documents related to the field. In promotional activities, rational use of land in accordance with the specified purpose, ensuring the planting of suitable crops or planting of mulberry seedlings in the areas around the canals, irrigation and collector-drainage networks of the agricultural land plots, the development of the main crops warning letters were distributed to the users and tenants of agricultural land regarding the obligation to ensure the planting of acceptable crops that can bring income between the rows of gardens and vineyards in cases where there are no negative effects.

Also, 772.45 hectares of land of 24 landowners in 6 (Guzor, Qamashi, Karshi, Kitab, Nishon and Yakkabog) districts, who did not use the leased land for agricultural purposes, will be returned to the reserve of the district administration. Submissions were made to the Economic Court on the issuance of claims.

In addition, due to the fact that 34.99 hectares of agricultural land were used in 8 cases in 6 districts of the region (Dehkhanabad, Qamashi, Koson, Kitab, Kokdala and Yakkabog), the administrative responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan is correct. According to Articles 65 and 68 of the Code of Administrative Offenses, administrative reports were drawn up, and administrative decisions were made to impose fines of 40,800,000 soums on landowners.
