The Uzagroinspection is constantly monitoring the situation that led to the arbitrary seizure of agricultural land by the Syrdarya regional department, which led to its loss of use.
During the current year, systematic control measures have revealed cases of violations of the law by several legal entities and individuals, which led to the arbitrary withdrawal of land from agricultural circulation without obtaining appropriate permits in violation of land legislation.
In particular, in the "Aq Oltin" area of Mirzaabad district, the construction of a building on a total of 0.304 hectares of land plots with a 47-point bonity on the 27th contour of the agricultural map, which led to the arbitrary withdrawal of land from agricultural circulation.
The amount of damage caused in this case was calculated based on the requirements of paragraph 55 of the Regulation, approved by Resolution No. 146 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 25, 2011. According to it, the damage caused amounted to 148 million 518 thousand soums.
Also, when the land area of the “DEHQANOBAD ISSIQXONA KOMPLEKSI” Limited Liability Company operating in this area was studied, it was found that the construction of heating buildings on an area of 0.05 hectares of land in the 24th contour with a score of 44 points, leased by the LLC, caused the land area to be taken out of agricultural circulation and caused damage in the amount of 22 million 868 thousand soums.
A similar situation was identified on an area of 0.25 hectares of irrigated land in the 26th contour with a score of 47 belonging to the “MIRZAOBOD UNIVERSAL TRADE CLUSTER” Limited Liability Company operating in the “Aq Oltin” and “T. Akhmedov” regions. Due to the arbitrary construction of an office building, the installation of scales and the laying of asphalt on the land, the land area was taken out of agricultural use and caused damage in the amount of 122 million 137 thousand soums.
In the above cases, claims were filed with the courts in accordance with the established procedure to recover the amount of damage caused by legal entities and individuals who, contrary to the Land Law, took the land out of agricultural use without obtaining the appropriate permit.
In addition, extensive propaganda work is being carried out in the areas to preserve agricultural land types, especially irrigated land areas, to avoid illegal occupation and to avoid arbitrary construction.
