VIOLATIONS WERE DISCOVERED DURING THE JOINT RAIDS

According to the "JOINT EVENTS PLAN" drawn up in accordance with the agreement of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan and "Uzagroinspeksia", a number of cases of violations of the law were detected during the event, which was conducted in cooperation with the employees of the IIB of the Pakhtachi district of the Samarkand region and the district department of the agroinspection.

In particular: during the control measures held on July 27 of this year, T. Sh., who lives in the "Tadbirkor" community assembly of Pakhtachi district, and Q. B, who lives in the "Fay" community assembly, in the territory of the "Tadbirkor" MFY. When the TTZ-80.11, TTZ-80.10 transport tractors were stopped and checked, it was found that the right and left turn lights were defective, and the tractor was driven without rear view mirrors. In both cases, documents were drawn up by S. Khojanov, the chief specialist of the Inspectorate's Pakhtachi district department, and an administrative report was drawn up against the offenders in accordance with Article 112 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

Also, before the cotton harvest season of 2023, tractor trailers are centrally collected for repair at dislocation points, and daily control measures and monitoring are being carried out.

Accordingly, on July 27 of this year, 5 mechanics were given relevant instructions. In the course of the upcoming control activities, explanatory work is being conducted with each mechanic on the rules of traffic and equipment safety, and it is being ensured that appropriate measures prescribed by law are applied.
