In the expired period of 2023, the regional department of the Inspectorate and its territorial divisions in the expired period of 2023 ensured compliance with the requirements of legislation in the field of agriculture and water management, protection of the rights and freedoms of citizens, regulations, and decisions were made aimed at accelerating the reforms carried out by the Government in the country, and also ensuring the implementation of individual orders and instructions from the head of the Inspectorate.

During the analyzed period, 8,048 control measures were carried out in connection with the implementation of current legislation in relevant areas, of which 12,884 control documents were used based on the results of 92 inspections and 7,956 studies.

In particular, 159 submissions were made to eliminate the identified violations, including 102 submissions to district akims, 13 submissions to the Ministry of Agriculture and its territorial departments, 2 submissions to the Seed Production Department, 13 submissions to clusters, 5 submissions to irrigation departments. During the monitoring, 4,822 officials were officially warned about the inadmissibility of violations of the law, 391 officials were brought to administrative responsibility, and 7,497 written instructions were given.

A total of 391 cases of administrative offenses were initiated, of which 349 were considered and 42 cases were sent to law enforcement agencies for consideration.

During the resolution of these violations, 107.2 million were spent. a fine of som was imposed.
