Khorezm: it was found that a number of legal requirements were violated in the oil-producing enterprises

According to the decision of the government No. 653 dated December 11, 2023, additions and changes were made to the regulations of the Inspectorate for the control of the Agro-industrial complex under the Ministry of Agriculture, according to which the Inspectorate "regardless of the form of ownership, processing enterprises of technical seed in the full technological cycle (crushing, hydrothermal processing, pressing, extraction, refining, deodorization, and packaging) over the purposeful processing and availability of a hygienic conclusion confirming the quality of the product and compliance with the mandatory requirements established by technical regulations and standards.

In order to ensure the implementation of this decision, the Khorezm Regional Department of "Uzagroinspeksiya" has confirmed that the oil enterprises operating in the region are processing cotton seed in the full technological cycle in accordance with the relevant regulations and have a hygienic conclusion confirming the quality of the products, and Pursuant to the second paragraph of paragraph 3 of Decree No. PF-6240 of June 2, 2021, compliance of recycled products with the mandatory requirements set by technical regulations and standards was studied.

In particular, "K. S." LLC and "X. O.F.S.” by limited liability companies, by purchasing technical cotton seed products without complying with legal requirements, and without processing technical seed products, grossly violating the requirements of the relevant part of the Presidential Decree No. PQ-430 of November 24, 2022, directly it was found that the gry was sold.

During the study, a number of violations of the law were detected in these enterprises, and the collected documents were sent to the Department of Combating Economic Crimes under the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan in order to make a legal decision in the prescribed manner.

Observance of legal documents related to the field is regularly monitored by the employees of the regional department of the Inspectorate, and legal measures are taken in connection with the identified cases.
