To date, a total of 169,613 tons of grain have been received, of which 75,884 tons have been transferred to the fund account, 89,445 tons to temporary (exchange) and 4,284 tons to seed grain.

The requirements for the preparation and delivery of wheat grain, which is planned to be transferred to grain receiving enterprises, are accepted based on the state standard and are divided into 5 classes according to the quality of wheat grain based on this regulatory document. Settlement work with farms for grain delivered to grain enterprises is carried out according to the classes specified in the state standard.

In turn, the employees of the Samarkand regional office of "Uzagroinspektsiya" have a special role in receiving the grown grain in state warehouses, keeping it in good quality, and in the rational use of grain and grain products in grain processing.

Working groups consisting of employees of the regional and district departments of the inspectorate and the Samarkand regional branch of the state institution "Agricultural Product Quality Assessment Center" have been formed for the timely elimination of problems arising from the temporary storage of the 2024 harvest, state resource and seed wheat acceptance to the grain receiving centers.

A working group was established by the regional department and district departments of the inspectorate and was fully attached to the grain enterprises. It was strictly controlled that the samples of grain delivered in motor vehicles were taken correctly, average and daily samples were correctly formed, grain quality analyzes were conducted correctly, the books were recorded on time and the samples were stored correctly.

One of the main tasks of the inspectorate is to carry out constant control over the quality of received grain products, their storage, compliance with the order of their placement, the correctness of accounting for their quantity and quality, the validity of the application of the norms of natural decline in grain storage.
