Syrdarya region: deficiencies were identified during sowing of grain crops

To ensure the food security of the republic, the cultivation of grain crops and the formation of the necessary reserves are of paramount importance.

In particular, it is planned to sow 85 thousand hectares of autumn grain crops in the Syrdarya region for the 2024 harvest.

30 units of high-performance grain seeders and 456 units of grain sowing equipment are involved in planting grain crops in the regions of the region. Today, grain sowing has been carried out on 84 thousand 650 hectares (99.6 percent) of the regions. .

The timely and high-quality sowing of cereal grain crops was monitored daily by the Syrdarya regional department and district inspection departments.

In particular, 164 written instructions and 289 warnings were issued to farms and responsible organizations, and 9 submissions were made to eliminate deficiencies identified during control activities during the grain sowing period.
