The event was opened by the head of the inspection, A. Vahabov, who said that today corruption is one of the problems that the whole world is struggling with and needs to be solved, and that this disease is a serious obstacle to political and economic development. development of any state and society.

After all, as the leader noted at the event, corruption not only poses a direct threat to the development of industries, but also leads to violations of human rights and freedoms.

Therefore, it was discussed that in our country, as well as in the Inspectorate, a number of works are being carried out to prevent this problem, which is one of the important issues of world politics, and to combat it uncompromisingly.

In particular, the adoption of Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated November 27 of this year No. PF-200 “On measures to further improve the anti-corruption system and increase the efficiency of the system of public control over the activities of government bodies and organizations,” as well as the fact that the State Program for anti-corruption plan for 2023-2024 also indicates the extreme relevance of this issue.

Such laws and regulations that are adopted require that every public servant work honestly and transparently, free from corruption, and therefore each of us, aware of our duties and responsibilities, must exercise our active citizenship in preventing corrupt activities. situations.
