The Department of Control of the Use of Agricultural Lands of the Syrdarya Regional Department of "Uzagroinspektsiya" is constantly monitoring the cases that caused agricultural land to be put out of use as a result of arbitrary acquisition.

During the events, several cases of land violations were detected this year.

In particular, constructions built arbitrarily by 3 citizens on a total of 0.046 hectares of irrigated arable land with 61 points credit rating on the 11q-contour of the agricultural map of "A. Temur" massif of Gulistan district were found. The amount of damage caused in this case, which caused land to be withdrawn from agricultural use, amounted to 24,100,033 (twenty-four million one hundred thousand thirty-three) soums.

In the same situation, another citizen working in the area of ​​N. Mahmudov massif, Boyovut district, belonging to the "Sherbota Bobo" farm, in section 74 (4049)-contour with a credit score of 49, arbitrarily set up a stable for cattle on 0.02 hectares (200 m2) of irrigated land. built a building and caused this land area to be taken out of agricultural use.

Citizen T. from the area of ​​U. Yusupov massif. B. by 135 part-contour of 0.013 hectares of irrigated land with a credit score of 50, as a result of which he arbitrarily built a barn building for livestock, and caused this land to be withdrawn from agricultural use. In this case, the amount of damage was 16,943,305 (sixteen million nine hundred and forty-three thousand three hundred and five) soums.

It is known that 35-45 cm of the upper fertile layer of the soil was taken out of the 1.2 hectares of land with a credit score of 42 points in the 260 sq km (5095 sq km on the new map) area of ​​the farm leased by the farm "Syrdaryo Siri" operating in Boyovut region of Gulistan district. it happened. In this case, the amount of damage caused as a result of leaving the land area from agricultural use amounted to 523 891 166 (five hundred twenty three million eight hundred ninety one thousand one hundred sixty six soums).

Claims are being submitted to the law enforcement agencies in accordance with the established procedure in order to prevent land violations and recover the amount of damage caused.

In addition, extensive campaigning is being carried out in the neighborhoods to protect agricultural land types, especially irrigated land areas, not to take illegal possession and start constructions arbitrarily.
