Acquaintance of Turkish experts with the field continues

The leadership of the Seed Development Center under the Ministry of Agriculture, representatives of "Uzagroinspeksiya" and the delegation led by Fatih Ahmet, the head of the Seed Department of the General Directorate of Plant Science of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry of Turkey met with the delegation.

The members of the delegation were closely acquainted with the activities of the Center and reviewed the current laws and normative documents on seed production, training of experts in the field, exchange of experience, etc.

The representatives of the two sides expressed satisfaction with the establishment of the "Uzbek-Turkish" seed production test center at "Agroinspeksiya".

After that, the guests visited "Agrover" LLC operating in Bostanliq district, Tashkent region.

For information: "Agrover" LLC is the center of the potato cluster, which unites enterprises and specialists, the main goal of which is the rapid development of agriculture and the implementation of potatoes, the most important strategic culture.

During the visit, Turkish experts got to know the level of mutual relations with state and private organizations.

Presentations were made on the role of the private sector in the agrarian and food security system, as well as the processes of product quality assessment and certification.

The meeting was organized between the parties in a question-and-answer format, and the questions of the international experts were given detailed answers and explanations by the specialists of "Uzagroinspeksiya" and "Agrover" LLC.

At the end of the meeting, Turkish industry representatives noted that the work carried out at "Agrover" LLC and the cooperation with the public sector are well underway and are being implemented at the international level.

The meeting took place between the parties in a cordial and cheerful spirit.
