According to the annex 1 of the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 11, 2024 No. 325 "On measures to purchase wheat from the harvest of 2024 and ensure price stability in the domestic market", a total of 108, of which 28 grains belong to JSC "Ozdonmahsulot" branches and enterprises, 15 private enterprises and 65 clusters from the harvest of 2024 in total 2 million. 350,000 tons, of which 1 million for temporary storage (stock exchange). 513,000 tons and 837,000 tons of commodity wheat to the state reserve (fund) are set to be accepted as a state resource.

In order to ensure the implementation of this decision on time and within the specified time limits, the order of Uzagroinspeksia No. UM-31-24 was adopted on June 14, 2024, and Republican, regional and mobile working groups were established.

In particular, together with local authorities and local experts of the "Center for Quality Assessment of Agricultural Products" state institution: To implement measures to ensure the stability of grain prices in the domestic market, the acceptance of purchased grain was controlled only on the basis of a certificate of conformity; daily monitoring was carried out to ensure that the samples taken for the study of the quality of grain received by the employees attached to the enterprises were correctly taken and processed on time, and that the analyzes were carried out correctly in the laboratories of the enterprises; As of July 11 of this year, a total of 2 mln. 548 thousand 498 tons of wheat or 108.4 percent of the contractual plan were stored, of which 1 million were transferred to temporary storage (stock). 706 thousand 315 tons (112.8 %), 842 thousand 183 tons (100.6 %) of wheat were received into the state reserve (fund).

A total of 2 mln. 2 million of 548 thousand 498 tons of wheat. 365 thousand 506 tons or 92.8 percent were 3rd class, 5 thousand 963 tons or 0.2 percent were 4th class and 177 thousand 29 tons or 7.0 percent were 5th class.

The average quality parameters of received wheat were moisture 12.58%, dirtiness 3.21%, grain mixture 5.32%, natural weight 751 gr/l and gluten content 23%, quality (IDK see indicator) belongs to II-III group, transparency is 51 percent.

5 thousand 210 tons or 0.2 percent premium, 25 thousand 230 tons or 1.0 percent discounts were calculated for wheat received by grain enterprises.

A total of 340 conflicting issues that arose during the acceptance of the grain harvest were investigated in the established order on the spot, of which 259 or 76% of appeals were resolved in favor of clusters and farms and 81 or 24% of appeals were resolved in favor of grain receiving enterprises. .

Analyzes of commercial wheat classes accepted by the working group of the republic during the grain season were submitted to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Ministry of Agriculture.
