The quality of wheat received as a state resource from the harvest of 2024 is under control

According to Government Decision No. 325 of this year "On measures to purchase wheat from the harvest of 2024 and ensure price stability in the domestic market", the quality, storage and shipment of wheat accepted as a state resource and for temporary storage to the Inspectorate of Control over the Agro-Industrial Complex it is envisaged that control over the quality of commercial wheat will be carried out by "Uzagroinspektsiya".

 

Under the supervision of the commercial representative of the fund "Uzagroinspektsiya", the volume of commodity wheat stored as a state resource is fully checked once every two years, to prevent the natural reduction of the commodity wheat batches that were carried out in previous years and remained during the check period;

Also, the coefficients for determining the prices of wheat to be purchased as a state resource from the 2024 harvest, temporary storage, dislocation of warehouses receiving wheat for the state resource and seed, and wheat from the 2024 harvest have been determined.

In order to ensure the implementation of this decision, the following tasks were determined by the Inspectorate:

According to it, to organize timely and high-quality harvesting of grain crops planted for the harvest of 2024 and to monitor the ongoing work;

in determining the quality, dirtiness, moisture and other parameters of the received grain, control over the correct determination of the quantity and class of grain by responsible and materially responsible persons and laboratory employees, and notify the law enforcement authorities in accordance with the established procedure when cases of falsification of documents are detected;

to control the organization of cleaning and drying of grain batches with moisture and contamination levels above the limit in separate areas organized at reception points with the presence of a representative of the grain supplier;

Ensuring strict compliance with the requirements of Resolutions No. 95 dated May 25 and No. 99 dated March 31, 2016 and the Regulations approved by them;

to ensure that purchased grain is accepted only on the basis of a certificate of conformity in order to implement measures to ensure the stability of grain prices in the domestic market;

organizing the timely formalization and laboratory testing of the samples taken in connection with the study of the quality of purchased grain crops;

Together with the grain receiving enterprises, the tasks of studying the quality of the new grain received from the harvest of 2024 to the state resource, conducting an analytical examination, and analyzing its technological characteristics were assigned.

In addition, in order to solve the conflicting issues that arise during the acceptance of the grain harvest, the responsible employees of the Inspectorate were attached one by one to grain receiving enterprises, branches and grain receiving stations.

Today, grain harvesting is in full swing in all regions. preliminary results indicate higher yields from spiked cereals.

Including till today, 10,000 people have finished harvesting grain

State reserve (to fund) by 248 farms

and by transferring 2.5 tons of grain per hectare to the temporary storage (exchange), the set plans were fulfilled, and 650 farms achieved a high yield, with a yield of 90-100 S/ha per hectare.

As of June 20 of this year, 135 thousand 593 tons or

5.3 percent, 1 million from the beginning of the season. 413 thousand 477 tons or 55.4 percent of wheat was accumulated, of which 958 thousand were transferred to temporary storage (stock)

480 tons, 416 thousand 247 tons of wheat were received into the state reserve (fund).

The average moisture content, dirt mixture, grain mixture, nature, gluten content, quality (IDK indicator), transparency of received wheat is controlled by the Inspection.

"Uzagroinspektsiya" daily controls the quality of grain purchased from the harvest of 2024 for short periods of time.
