A "training seminar" was organized for employees of the Khorezm regional department and districts of the "Uzagroinspection" on the implementation of Decree No. PF-184 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

As you know, in order to help entrepreneurs operate in compliance with the requirements of the law and improve mechanisms for early prevention of violations, reliably protect their rights and further increase the responsibility of regulatory authorities, the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-184 dated November 14, 2024 “On measures to reliably protect the rights and legitimate interests of entrepreneurs” was adopted.

This Decree sets out a number of tasks to create a favorable business environment for entrepreneurs and reliably protect their legitimate interests.

In particular, in Appendix 3 to the Decree, paragraph 16 of the “Roadmap for the Protection of the Rights and Legitimate Interests of Entrepreneurs” sets out the task of organizing seminars and trainings in accordance with the plan and schedule, involving qualified specialists and experts, including employees of the Business Ombudsman, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and other interested agencies.

Based on these tasks and objectives, a training seminar was organized with the participation of employees of the regional department and district departments of the Inspectorate.

The seminar was also attended by the Business Ombudsman, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the responsible employees of the regional department of the Ministry of Justice. The purpose of holding this seminar was to put an end to illegal interference in the activities of business entities, to explain the current legislative acts and the changes made to them, to prevent violations of their requirements, and to eliminate shortcomings that could lead to violations of the law.
