In particular, technical passports, 23,401 state license plates and 5,743 technical certificates were issued for state registration of 39,762 units of equipment.

206,803 units of agricultural, land reclamation and road construction equipment were subjected to annual technical inspection, and 20,089 tractor driver licenses were issued.

In the direction of digitalization of the sphere: the information systems “Technical Accounting” and “Tractor Driver” of the Inspectorate are integrated into the Unified interactive portal of public services (my.gov.uz).

The automated information system “Technical Inspection” was developed and launched on July 1, 2023 for the purpose of electronically maintaining information on the technical inspection of agricultural, reclamation and road construction equipment.

A QR coding system has been introduced that allows you to determine the data of a technical passport, registration certificate and tractor driver’s license issued by the inspection using a mobile phone camera.

From May 1, 2023, the practice of mandatory annual technical inspection of agricultural, reclamation and road construction equipment of individuals and legal entities using mobile (special automobile) mobile technical control lines has been introduced, and for its implementation - 2 in each region. (a total of 28 mobile technical control lines have been created throughout the republic.

From August 1, 2023, the practice of issuing a “Certificate Invoice” was introduced, which is the basis for registration with the Uzagroinspectorate, along with the documents specified in the legislation, for new equipment sold to buyers in the field of agriculture, land reclamation and road construction. equipment manufacturers or special trade organizations.
