In the direction of control over the cultivation of agricultural seeds of the inspection, seed potatoes planted to obtain seeds for the 2024 harvest and recognized as suitable according to the results of the field inspection were collected on time on 2 thousand 682 hectares. Inspectors monitored the seizure and a number of works were carried out.

Until today of this year, 30 thousand 960 tons of seed potatoes have been collected from 2 thousand 64 hectares of 2 thousand 64 hectares of seed potato fields approved as a result of approval.

Also, excavation work was carried out on 463 hectares of 63 hectares of seed potato fields planted for seed purposes by Bostonlik Potato Center LLC in Tashkent region and recognized as suitable as a result of approval, 9 thousand 248 tons of potatoes, 100 hectares of seeds in the Namangan region were extracted and sorted (calibration ) according to the standard established by GOST requirements for storing seeds in special warehouses. Work is underway.

As of December 25, excavation work was carried out on 2,682 hectares of seed potato fields in the republic, a total of 42,938 tons of high-generation seed potatoes were collected, of which 16,471 tons are R-1 and 26,467 tons are R-2 generations form seed potatoes.
