ANALYSIS: There are no appeals regarding corruption cases

In "Uzagroinspektsiya" early detection of corruption cases and elimination of their causes and conditions, prevention of corrupt behavior, formation of an intolerant attitude towards corruption among the employees of the Inspection system and increase of their legal consciousness and culture, preventive measures against corruption In the past period of 2023, certain works were carried out in the field of organization, ensuring the execution of documents in the field of fighting against corruption.

In particular, changes and additions were made to internal local documents of "Uzagroinspektsiya" on combating corruption.

In order to increase the legal literacy of employees during the reporting period, the Department of Technical Condition Control of "Uzagroinspektsiya", the Department of Control of the Use of Water Resources for Agriculture and the Conduct of Agrotechnical Activities, the Center for the Evaluation of the Quality of Agricultural Products and their regional divisions "Compliance with Legal Documents and Corruption" Preventive events and educational webinars were organized on the topics of "Constitutional foundations and directions of fighting corruption".

These events were organized in the regional offices of "Uzagroinspektsiya" with the participation of law enforcement agencies, and the materials were posted on the official website.

Also, in accordance with the order No. 4-b of the head of "Uzagroinspektsiya" dated March 1, 2023, regarding the analysis of the conflict of interests in the implementation of state procurement and the legal and natural persons who have entered into contractual relations with "Uzagroinspektsiya", the funds of the development fund of "Uzagroinspektsiya" and their use the situation was studied, and measures aimed at solving the identified deficiencies and problematic issues were determined.

In addition, during the analysis of last month's report on corruption complaints, it was found that no complaints were received through the communication channels of "Uzagroinspektsiya" (hotline, mail, telegram channel).

During the reporting period, processes of identifying and assessing corruption risks were carried out in accordance with the function assigned to "Uzagroinspektsiya".

According to paragraph 9.2 of the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-154 of June 14, 2022, information about the work plans of the Inspectorate is being published on the official website of "Uzagroinspektsiya".

In order to eliminate the risks of corruption in the field of 24 types of public services provided by "Uzagroinspektsiya", legislative documents were reviewed, drafts of regulatory legal documents were developed, agreed with the interested ministries and agencies, and as a result, on April 29, 2023, the 170th Government Decree on the project was approved. According to the decision, administrative regulations for the provision of 8 types of state services in the field of agriculture, land reclamation and road construction equipment were approved.

Based on the joint order between the Chamber of Accounts and the Anti-Corruption Agency, the implementation of the internal control system for combating corruption in "Uzagroinspektsiya" was studied, and several recommendations were made based on the results.

At the same time, "Uzagroinspektsiya" is continuing practical work in the direction of internal control to fight against corruption based on these recommendations.
