Damage caused to agricultural lands is monitored

Land is a national wealth, since it is the basis of life, activity and well-being of the people of the Republic of Uzbekistan, it must be used wisely and it is protected by the state.

In connection with the circumstances that led to the use of agricultural lands for certain purposes by the department for control over the use of agricultural lands of the Samarkand regional department of the Uzagroinspectorate and the unauthorized withdrawal of lands from agricultural use, in connection with compensation for damage.

In particular, citizen M, living in the Tarakkiyet microdistrict, with an arable land area of 58.7 points for water quality according to contour 489 of the farm map, registered with the Pakhtakorlar Zamin Dala farm, operating on the territory of the Tarakkiet Massif, Payarik district areas. arbitrarily occupying a total of 0.20 hectares of land, building a house on it on 200 square meters, and a citizen living in this microdistrict with. It was established that R. unauthorizedly occupied a total of 0.08 hectares of land and carried out work on the construction of a concrete foundation on 144 square meters of land.

In connection with the identified cases, it was approved by Government Decree No. 146 of May 25, 2011 “Damage caused to owners, users, tenants and owners of land plots, destruction of agricultural and forestry production, as well as destruction of rural lands in accordance with Article 55 of the Regulations “On the Procedure for Compensation damage in cases of deprivation of agricultural use" is submitted to law enforcement agencies in the prescribed manner.
