As you know, educational and practical seminars on growing high-quality crops from seeds of agricultural crops, conducting approval inspections, preparation, processing and storage are being organized throughout the Republic.
One of such events was organized on the field approval inspection of seed cotton fields at Khorazm Fakhri farm operating in Yangibozor district of Khorazm region and preparation of seed grain at Khorazm Nurli Zamin farm operating in Urganch district.
Approvers of districts responsible for seed cotton approval, assistant chief approvers, scientific approvers and specialists in charge of the field from the regional administration and district departments of "Uzagroinspektsiya" participated in the seminar and gave their relevant instructions and recommendations.
From this year's grain harvest, a total of 7,735 tons of seed grain was accumulated in the region from 8 selected varieties of seed wheat.
The main basis for the production of high yield and high-quality products from agricultural crops depends on the seed, and it is of particular importance for the quality seed supply to be based on seed cultivation, processing, and productivity and crop quality indicators at the level of the requirements of state standards.
Sorting, treatment, packaging and certification of seed grain for the harvest of 2025 in 3 existing seed processing workshops in the region was controlled by the Inspectorate, and today the work of cleaning, sorting and treating seed grain was started in these workshops.
Warning letters were given to the managers of the processing enterprises in connection with the organization of the processing of the accumulated seed grain for the harvest of 2025 - cleaning, sorting, treatment and certification of crop quality indicators based on the legal requirements.
In addition, cotton cultivation was carried out on 8 thousand 841 hectares of seed areas of 154 farms that won the tender competitions held this year. it is planned to accumulate seed cotton from the offspring seeds
Today, the regional administration and district departments of "Uzagroinspektsiya" provided warning letters to all types of seed-growing entities and general approvers regarding compliance with legal requirements.
Seed approval measures that determine the fate of the next year's harvest are under constant control by the Inspectorate, and appropriate measures will be taken against the detected violations.
