During these events, a number of cases of violations of the law were revealed.

In particular, constructions arbitrarily built by 3 citizens on a total of 0.046 hectares of irrigated arable land areas with 61 credit rating in the 11 q-contour of the agricultural map of the "A. Temur" massif of Gulistan district were found. The damage calculated as a result of the removal of the land irrigated by citizens from agricultural circulation is 24,100,033 (twenty-four million one hundred thousand thirty-three) soums.

In the same situation, a cattle shed of one citizen on the irrigated land area of ​​0.02 hectares (200 m2) with a credit score of 49 in section 74 (4049)-contour belonging to the "Sherbota Bobo" farm operating in the area of ​​N. Makhmudov massif, Boyovut district. construction of the building caused this land area to be taken out of agricultural use.

Citizen T. from U. Yusupov massif area. B arbitrarily built a barn building for livestock on 0.013 hectares of irrigated land with a credit score of 50 in 135 part-contour and caused this land to be taken out of agricultural use.

Clause 50 of the Regulation "On Compensation for Damages to Owners, Users, Tenants and Owners of Land Plots, Damages Caused by Failure of Agricultural and Forestry Production, as well as Loss of Land from Agricultural Use", approved by Government Decision No. 146 In accordance with the "Land" legislation, compensation for damage caused by legal entities and individuals who arbitrarily took land out of agricultural use without obtaining the appropriate permission is indicated.

It is known that 35-45 cm of the upper fertile layer of the soil has been removed from the 1.2 hectares of land area of ​​260 square kilometers (5095 square meters on the new map)-contour, which is under the lease of the farm, operating in Boyovut region of Gulistan district. it happened. As a result, the arable land area was withdrawn from agricultural use and the amount of damage was 523,891,166 (five hundred twenty-three million eight hundred ninety-one thousand one hundred sixty-six soums).

Lawsuits are submitted to the courts in accordance with the established procedure for the prevention of land violations and recovery of the amount of damage caused.

In addition, extensive campaigning is being carried out in the neighborhoods to protect agricultural land types, especially irrigated arable land areas, not to take them illegally and not to build arbitrarily.
