Joint raid: more than a thousand violations were detected in one month

In order to effectively control the technical condition of agricultural, reclamation and road construction equipment, joint raids are organized on Thursdays of the week in cooperation with "Uzagroinspektsiya" and the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and control activities are being conducted.

In particular, in July of this year, a total of 572 joint raids were organized across the republic, in which 1,786 cases of law violations were detected.

In particular, in 477 cases, gross violation of the rules of technical use of equipment and use of equipment without state registration, as well as in 81 cases of driving of equipment by persons who do not have the right to operate equipment were found.

In connection with these identified cases, administrative reports were drawn up in accordance with the law.

As a result of the control measures:

In 54 cases, the use of tractors with defective lights and reflectors was identified, and these defects were eliminated by property owners on the spot;

In 294 cases, the techniques used without state registration were identified and their state registration was carried out;

In 872 cases, equipment that was being used without technical inspection was identified, and it was ensured that these equipment were inspected using mobile technical inspection lines.

Control measures to control the technical condition of the equipment are being continued.
