Measures to improve the procedure for coordinating inspections in the activities of business entities

In August of this year, a training-seminar of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on "Measures to improve the procedure for coordinating inspections in the activities of business entities" was held in the Syrdarya Regional Department of the Inspectorate.

Specialists of 69 employees of the Regional Department of Internal Affairs, Business Ombudsman, Gulistan City Justice Department and the Regional Department of Inspection participated in this seminar.

In particular, according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 431 "On additional measures for the implementation of the electronic system of handling cases of administrative offenses", all administrative procedures used by the regional department of the Inspectorate "Measures to improve the procedure for coordination of inspections in the activities of business entities" by Ghairat Ergashev, an expert of the Department of Internal Affairs, and the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the legal basis of entering criminal cases into the "E-Administrative Work" information system In connection with the Decision No. PQ-374 on the placement of inspections conducted on the basis of the "risk analysis" system of business entities in the "Uniform Information System" of Nurali Kurbanov, the leading inspector of the Business Ombudsman Department, and the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan " Sabir Khalilov, expert of the Justice Department of Gulistan city, listened to the opinions of the decision No. PQ-240 "On measures to improve the mechanisms for eliminating corruption risks in the field of public administration and to expand public participation in this field".

On the basis of the above regulatory and legal documents, the regional department of the Agroinspection conducts control measures, the inspections conducted at business entities are entered into the "Uniform Information System" in due time, and the cases of administrative violations are entered into the "E-Ma" "Muri work" is being placed in the information system.

In particular, by the employees of the regional department and district departments of the Inspectorate in the last period of this year

5354 control measures, including 39 inspections, 5315 monitoring were carried out. A total of 235 decisions on administrative violations were made in connection with the cases of law violations detected during the inspections, amounting to 77 mln.

Administrative fines of 735,000 soums were applied, warnings and 10 reports were issued to 1268 enterprises.

22 materials were sent to courts and law enforcement agencies for legal decisions.

At the end of the seminar, the head of the regional department of the Uzagroinspection, N. Shodiyev, made a speech and told all the employees to ensure the legislation on the normative legal documents adopted by our government, the rule of law, the implementation of the normative documents, the task given by the management of the Inspection and gave the necessary recommendations on establishing strict control over the full and quality performance of tasks within their time frame.
