On solving the problems arising in determining the quantity and quality of cotton raw materials submitted by farms in the laboratories of the cotton ginning enterprises and cotton receiving centers approved by the governorship in the regions and districts of the republic. Arbitration groups consisting of Inspection specialists are operating in the areas.
According to the legal documents regulating the activity of "Uzgaroinspeksiya", the inspection is carried out between economic entities on the quality of processed products of cotton, sorghum and other agricultural crops, as well as seed materials. in the event of conflicting issues, it conducts control tests and is tasked with issuing conclusions that are considered obligatory for individuals and legal entities in the implementation of export-import operations within the country.
Based on the above, Bakht Tekstil LLC, Navbahor Tekstil LLC and Navoiy Fayzkom Tekstil LLC, operating in Navoi region, and 16 cotton receiving centers belonging to them, in order to receive the cotton crop of 2024 in a short period of time in each district. Arbitration groups were established to resolve disputes between cotton textile production clusters and cotton supplying farms.
Today, 30 out of 34 disputed issues have been positively resolved by the arbitration groups in favor of farms and 4 cotton textile production clusters, and the arbitration groups will carry out their tasks until the end of the season.
Based on the above, the specialists of the Navoi Region Department of the Inspectorate will organize the 2024 cotton harvest in an organized manner, without leaving it for rainy days, without destroying it, and justly resolving disputes between the parties that arise during the season. daily control activities are being carried out
