Navoi: Shortcomings in the use of agricultural land are revealed

The use of 0.20 hectares of land allocated for the construction of a greenhouse to the private enterprise “Toimahal Kelazhagi”, operating on the territory of the “Kesgan Terak” massif of the Navbakhor district, by the department of the administration of the Navoi region “Uzagroinspeksiya”, during the period. During the monitoring, a number of shortcomings were identified.

Based on the above, the head of the private enterprise “Toimahal Kalezhagi” A.Z. found to have violated the laws provided for in Articles 36, 38, 40, 85 of the Land Code, without the decision of the district akim, 0.20 hectares. irrigated lands that are illegally used for sowing grain without the construction of a greenhouse, documents are being studied on the return of arable land to the reserve fund of the district administration.
