On the state of compliance with the legislative requirements in the field of agriculture in the first quarter of 2024 by the control inspection of the Agro-Industrial Complex under the Ministry of Agriculture

The Inspectorate of Control over the Agro-Industrial Complex was established based on the Decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PQ-4241 dated March 15, 2019, and is tasked with the implementation of state control over compliance with the requirements of the legislation in the field of agriculture.

In the first quarter of this year, 21,462 control activities were carried out in order to take measures to prevent and eliminate deficiencies in the agricultural sector.

Of these, during 3,954 inspections, administrative fines of 284.2 million soums were applied in 1,921 cases, and 354 materials were submitted to law enforcement agencies.

98.1 billion rubles were found in 679 cases of violations on 166 hectares of land during the monitoring of the purposeful use of agricultural land. damage to agriculture was calculated in the amount of soums.

413 materials collected in connection with the cases of violations of the established land law were included in the legal decision-making bodies of the prosecutor's office.

It was possible to apply for the use of 6 types of unified interactive state services in the exchange of information on the "Technical Account" on the "my.gov.uz" portal, and it was integrated into the information system of 15 ministerial offices, and it was possible to provide electronic answers to requests.

49,100 pieces of equipment underwent technical inspection, 7,900 pieces were state registered. 20,100 technical passports, 2,900 technical certificates, 8,100 state license plates and 6,700 tractor-driver licenses were issued, and public services worth 9.7 billion soums were provided.

This year, 807 hectares of seed grain areas of 34 entities were found to be of poor quality, and accumulation of unusable seed grain was prevented.

In January-March 2024, 5,000 tons of natural loss was saved in terms of the amount of natural grain loss.

Of the 13 enterprises, 6 of the oil-oil enterprises processing technical cotton seeds were found to be in compliance with the requirements of the Decree and Decree, 7 of them were not in accordance with the established requirements, and 14 measures of influence were applied.

A total of 16.3 bln. Soum certification and additional services were provided.

33 employees were trained to improve their literacy in the state language, as well as 211 employees were trained on "Improving the legal knowledge and skills of employees to fight against corruption"

Improvements were made by integrating the "uzagroin.uz" information system with the Ministry of Agriculture, and the "agrosert.uz" information system with the Tax Committee on digitization and expanding the scope of providing electronic state services in the inspectorate;

Based on the requests of individuals and legal entities through "my.gov.uz", the service of on-site technical inspection of agricultural machinery with the help of mobile technical inspection equipment was launched.

In the first quarter of 2024, a total of 235 appeals to the central office, regional departments and district departments of the "Ozagroinspektsiya" were considered in connection with the implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Appeals of Natural and Legal Entities".

In addition, representatives of 10,533 individuals and legal entities were accepted.

The central apparatus of "Uzagroinspeksiya" held 129 promotional activities, 120 of which were conducted by media appearances, 4 by press tours in regional offices, and 5 by organization of briefings and press conferences at the central apparatus.
