Purposeful use of agricultural lands is under control

According to the regulations governing the activity of the industry, today "Uzagroinspeksiya" carries out state control over the protection of agricultural lands and their purposeful use.

Administrative fines were applied to 3 farm managers during the control activities conducted by the Rishton District Department of the Inspectorate in August of this year.

For example, it was determined that crops for livestock feed were planted on 12.17 hectares of the farm "Ziyakhdin ota lochini" in the territory of the Istiqlal MMTP in Rishton district in contour 604, 637,658, but it was found that fruit seedlings were planted in these areas. Although it is planned to plant cotton for the harvest of 2024 on 6 hectares of land in contour 56 of the farm, it turned out that 3 hectares of this land were planted with rice. He built a cinderblock workshop on 0.11 hectares and used it without any documents.

According to Article 65 of the Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan on "Administrative Responsibility", administrative fines were applied to the landowners by the Rishton District Department of the Inspectorate.
