Samarkand regional inspection department reported to the public

A press event was organized at the press house for media representatives and bloggers on the work done by specialists of the Samarkand regional administration and district departments of the Uzagroinspectorate in 2023.

At the end of the year, the department carried out 16,898 control measures, of which 24 were organized in the notification procedure, 384 were organized in government bodies, 3 at the request of entrepreneurs, 16,108 control measures were carried out organized on the basis of the activities of individuals.

During these activities, 13,024 violations were identified, 11,105 written orders were issued, 310 submissions were made, 1,607 administrative fines were imposed within the limits of authority, 2 administrative materials were sent to the courts to make legal decisions.

Additionally, 3,903 cases included warning letters. For 2023, the administration and district departments imposed administrative fines totaling 264,956,000 soums, of which 254,298,000 soums (96%) were collected. In 2 cases, 630 thousand soums of administrative fines were sent to law enforcement agencies.
