Tashkent region: repeated crops are being planted on 100,000 hectares of grain-free land

Effective use of irrigated lands in the republic, meeting the population's demand for food products, growing profitable and exportable agricultural crops in areas free of previous crops and grain, supplying the required material resources and ensuring employment of the population, Systematic organization of measures to increase their income is an important issue for every manager.

This year, it is planned to plant repeated crops on 100,000 hectares of areas cleared of previous crops and grain in Tashkent region.

This year, harvesting and harvesting of grain grown on 103 thousand 729 hectares of land is being carried out in an organized manner. The employees of the Tashkent regional department and the district department of "Uzagroinspeksiya" have been giving relevant instructions on completing the replanting works on time in the fields that have been cleared of previous crops and grain.

In order to provide the population with cheap, high-quality food and agricultural products, the fields cleared of previous crops and grain are being plowed and replanted. Replanting of 100,000 hectares of land that has been cleared of previous crops and grain of farms in 15 districts of the province is being intensively carried out.

To date, a total of 86 thousand 40 hectares in the region, of which 9 thousand 529 hectares of land are vegetables, 7 thousand 347 hectares of potatoes, 34 thousand 833 hectares of leguminous crops, 895 hectares of sugarcane, 227 hectares of oil crops, 8 thousand 922 hectares of rice, and 24 thousand 247 hectares of land were planted with fodder crops.

In order to ensure food safety and timely planting of repeated crops, the employees of the Tashkent regional department and district department of "Uzagroinspeksiya" are conducting preventive measures on the ground.
