In accordance with Article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On State Civil Service", it is established that a state civil servant must regularly improve his professional competence.

Accordingly, in accordance with the execution of this task, the employees working in "Agroinspection" will be organized by the Public Service Development Agency from May 2023 for the leaders of structural units operating in the central offices of ministries and agencies at the State Administration Academy. participated in special training courses.

In these training courses, students were taught a combination of theoretical and practical knowledge and developed the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for the proper implementation of the powers of the state body.

About 10 heads of departments and departments of the Inspectorate who successfully completed training courses were awarded certificates of completion of the training course.

Similarly, on the initiative of the Public Service Development Agency, an 18-hour training course was organized at the Academy of Public Administration on May 15-16 of this year for the heads of more than 800 human resources structures operating in the central apparatus of ministries and agencies according to the new version of the Labor Code. the Department of Human Resources Development and Management of the Inspectorate participated in this training course.

The goal was to properly organize labor relations with the entry into force of the new Labor Code in the process of administrative reforms, to increase legal literacy regarding relations between employees and employers.
