Law violations related to land were detected in 6 districts of Tashkent city

In the first half of 2024, the Agricultural Land Use Control Department of the Agro-Industrial Complex Control Inspectorate studied the state of agricultural land use in Tashkent.

For this purpose. an interdepartmental working group was established to prevent violations of the law in the field of land, and the working group studied the use of agricultural land for the specified purposes by land users in Yashnabad, Mirzo Ulug'bek, Bektemir, Yangikhayot, Sergeli districts of Tashkent city.

As a result of the study, it was found that in 63 cases, construction works were carried out on 32.9 hectares of irrigated arable land, and as a result of other cases, the land was withdrawn from agricultural use, of which in 16 cases, constructions were arbitrarily occupied on 10 hectares of land, and in 31 cases, on 12 hectares of land. It was found that the user of the land used his own land to build construction without permission, in 2 cases of unauthorized damage to the fertile layer of 1 hectare of land, in 14 cases of 11 hectares of land allocation contrary to land laws.

For example, "AZIYA LU LU TONG" LLC, operating in Bektemir district, located in plot 1580, allocated for greenhouse, 2.15 hectares of irrigated arable land, which is 42 points in terms of productivity, is surrounded by brick walls and illegally covered with gravel and concrete for storing containers. coverings were made and non-permanent buildings were built on the basis of capital construction, and the irrigated land area was not used for its intended purpose.

Similarly, 0.25 hectares of irrigated crop land area, which is allocated to "NEW YECOTECH" LLC for a greenhouse, is located in the 1674q-contour and is 68 points in terms of productivity, surrounded by brick walls, and the entire 0.25 hectares (2500 m2) of this land area is illegally occupied. constructed temporary buildings based on capital construction and did not use the irrigated land area for the specified purpose.

"AGRO Markaz Nur" LLC in Yashnabad district has completed housing construction works on 0.08 hectares of irrigated arable land on contour 5412 of the agricultural map of the region.

It was found that "ORIENT FLOVER HOUSE" LLC has built modern houses (cottages) on the area of ​​0.76 hectares, of which 0.56 hectares are irrigated, located on contour 5655q, with a productivity of 68 points.

Construction works have been completed on 0.002 hectares of irrigated land in district 5492 from the reserve lands of the district.

It was determined that construction works were completed on the area of ​​0.10 hectares in the 5544 contour of "Tuzel Salahiddin" F/x.

Also, when studying the land areas used by "AL BASIR UNION" LLC operating in Zangiota massif, Zangiota district, Tashkent region, it was found that construction works were carried out on 58.5 and 76.7 points irrigated arable land areas on the 55th contour of the agricultural map.

According to the regulation approved by the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 146 of May 25, 2011, more than 31 billion 829 million soums were damaged to the agricultural land.

The Inspection submitted a report to the Bektemir district administration regarding the cases of land violations found in 12 cases (5.69 hectares), the reasons for their occurrence, and the elimination of the conditions that make it possible.

In 9 (1.5 hectares) cases, information was submitted to the Internal Affairs authorities and in 54 cases to the General Prosecutor's Office to take appropriate measures regarding land violations detected on 31.4 hectares of land.

Today, the study is being continued by the interdepartmental working group.
