Tursunov massif in the Guzor region. withdrawn from agricultural use. At the same time, the amount of damage amounted to 290,628,625 (two hundred ninety million six hundred twenty-eight thousand six hundred twenty-five) soums.
In the same situation, on an irrigated land plot with an area of 0.05 hectares along the contour 326k of the agricultural map of the Nasaf massif of the Karshi region, as a result of arbitrariness, 4 citizens ended up on an irrigated land plot with an area of 0.1112 hectares along the contour 245k. occupation and illegal construction
led to the withdrawal of land from agricultural use. At the same time, the amount of damage caused amounted to 87,062,396 (eighty-seven million sixty-two thousand three hundred ninety-six) soums.
Also, a plot of watered land in the 7q-contour of the agricultural map of the Nishon district of the Guliston massif was unauthorizedly occupied by citizen U.A. It was established that this caused the exit from agriculture and caused damage in the amount of 5,338,700 (five million three hundred thirty-eight thousand seven hundred) soums.
Claims are filed with the courts in the prescribed manner to prevent violations of the specified land legislation and to recover the amount of damage caused.
In addition, an extensive campaign is underway in the districts to preserve agricultural land types, especially irrigated lands, and prevent illegal encroachments and arbitrary construction.
