Violations of the law on agricultural land are being identified

Land is a national wealth, as the basis of life, activity and well-being of the people of the Republic of Uzbekistan, it is necessary to use it wisely and it is protected by the state.

A total of 1.44 hectares of irrigated agricultural land in the district reserve located in the Beshariq district, "Agrotexservis" massif by the Department of Control over the use of land intended for agriculture of the Fergana regional administration of "Uzagroinspeksiya" it was determined that the total amount of 341 million 868 thousand 324 soums was damaged to the state's interests due to the exclusion of 0.52 hectares of its area from agricultural circulation.

In addition, "THE BEST FISHERMAN" farm operating in the "Margulabad Chek Sarai" massif of Baghdad district has 49 credit points in 20.23 contours, a total of 13.47 hectares, of which 1.55 hectares of land is artificially cultivated. As a result of the establishment of a fish lake, it was determined that the state interests were damaged in the amount of 1 billion 084 million 788 thousand 781 soums, and the collected materials were submitted to the prosecutor's office and law enforcement agencies.

Today, the use of agricultural land is controlled by the Agricultural Land Use Control Department of the Fergana Regional Department of the Inspectorate.
