It was found that 3 thousand 909 deficiencies were made by water consumers in the studies conducted on the ground in the prescribed manner.

Of these, in 275 cases, water was received without a contract, 298 without a written order, in 90 cases without a special permit, in 397 cases without recording the water account in the journals, in 551 cases without the signature of the consumer receiving the water, and in 413 water metering works at the water supply points. In 406 cases, a bilateral monthly document was not issued for the delivery and reception of water, in 592 cases, water intake points were not equipped with water management and 636 recording devices, and in 251 cases, it was found that water was taken illegally from unauthorized places, and the deficiencies were eliminated on the spot. measures were taken.

451 administrative sanctions (154.9 million soums) and 101 fines (55.8 million soums) were applied to offenders within the scope of the Inspection's authority due to the deficiencies identified in the studies. In 35 cases, it was ensured that the collected documents were submitted to courts and other law enforcement agencies for review.

In turn, 3,617 written instructions and 117 submissions were made to the head of the relevant enterprise, institution, organization to take measures to eliminate the causes of administrative violations and the conditions that led to them. Official warnings were issued to water users and water consumers in 2,955 cases.

Today, clarification work is being carried out to water users and water consumers in the places where water users and water consumers will be informed about the application of responsibility measures in accordance with the established procedure for taking water from places where water intakes are not equipped with water management and accounting tools.
