What will change from September 1 in the field of control of agriculture, land reclamation and road construction equipment?

In the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 170 dated April 29, 2023 "On measures to improve the system of public services in the field of agriculture, land reclamation and road construction equipment use", from September 1, 2023 the following ' change is set:

1. Business entities that are legal entities are given the right to engage in technical inspection of agricultural, land reclamation and road construction equipment of individuals with a capacity of up to 100 horsepower.

Business entities whose technical base of production has been approved by the "Uzbekistan Accreditation Center" SUK in accordance with the established procedure, and which have the necessary conditions for technical inspection of the equipment of individuals up to 100 horsepower by the Inspectorate. the practice of technical inspection of agricultural, land reclamation and road construction equipment of individuals with a capacity of up to 100 horsepower will be introduced by business entities that are legal entities included in the register.

2. The practice of issuing technical inspection certificates for agricultural, land reclamation and road construction equipment will be canceled (except for equipment sent to work in foreign countries).

The issuance of a paper certificate of technical inspection of agricultural, land reclamation and road construction equipment has been canceled, technical inspection information has been completely digitized, and "Technical inspection of equipment" "in the automated information system, the practice of keeping it electronically will be introduced.

The practice of issuing a certificate of passing a valid technical inspection to the equipment sent to work in foreign countries will be preserved.

3. The old-style technical passport, technical certificate, license plate number and tractor driver's license are considered invalid.

The deadline for mandatory replacement of the old-style technical passport, technical certificate, license plate and tractor driver's license is August 31, 2023, and from September 1, these old-style documents are considered invalid.

An administrative fine is not applied when the old-style technical passport and technical license, state license plates, tractor-driver's license have expired, and a citizen applies for its replacement. Only, agriculture does not give the right to manage land reclamation and road construction equipment.

Article 135 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility against a person who operated agricultural, land reclamation and road construction equipment with an expired technical passport and technical certificate, state license plates, tractor driver's license an administrative report is drawn up as "management without documents".
