Abandoned lands will be returned to the district administration's reserves

Limited Liability Company "Greenhouse Khojayli", operating on the territory of the "Sarishungul" massif of the Khojaly district by the department for control over the use of agricultural land of the administration of the Republic of Karakalpakstan "Uzagroinspection" (using the hydroponics method) during the monitoring of the use of 16.5 hectares of land allocated for construction greenhouses, a number of shortcomings were identified.

In particular, by decree of the district akim dated August 28, 2020 No. 659/08, this LLC received a total of 16.5 hectares from contours 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33 and 66k according to the map of agricultural lands. of which 15.8 hectares of pastures were leased for permanent use for the purpose of constructing a greenhouse.

Based on the results of the research, it was established that of the land allocated for the construction of the greenhouse, it was left unattended without the construction of the greenhouse.

Based on the above, documents are being prepared for the Khojaily district khokimiyat on the return of a total of 16.5 hectares, of which 15.8 hectares of pasture land (by hydroponic method) to the reserve land plots of the district khokimiya, due to the fact that they are not used without building a greenhouse.
