MEASURES ARE BEING TAKEN AGAINST LAWYERS WHO ILLEGALLY OPERATE AGRICULTURAL EQUIPMENT

There are a total of 41,897 agricultural and road construction equipment and aggregates in the Kashkadarya region.

As of June 1 of this year, a total of 12,668 agricultural machinery underwent annual mandatory technical inspections, and 1 billion 714 million soums were paid by individuals and legal entities for all state services provided.

During the past period of 2025, specialists from the regional department and district departments of the Uzagroinspection on technical condition control issued 220 administrative reports against violators who did not comply with the requirements for ensuring the rule of law in the sector and the use of agricultural machinery, and applied sanctions in accordance with the relevant articles of the Code of Civil Procedure of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In addition, in accordance with the joint action plan in cooperation with the “Uzagroinspection” and the Main Department of Road Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, joint raids are being carried out regularly by the regional and district departments of the inspection.

48 joint raids were conducted in the Kashkadarya region last May.

In particular, in cooperation with the Mirishkor and Kasbi district departments of the inspection and the inspectors of the district Internal Affairs Department, control measures are being taken to ensure that agricultural machinery is put into operation in good condition.

During the event, it was revealed that 7 agricultural machinery that had not passed the mandatory annual technical inspection and 2 were not registered in the state were being used in the Kasbi district “Aq Qamish” MFE. In particular, the ZLY920 front-end loader, which belongs to “Jasurbek Javohir Kapital” LLC, which was moving in the district, was stopped and checked, and it was found that it had not passed the technical inspection. An administrative report was drawn up against the owners of the property using this equipment in accordance with the relevant articles of the Code of Administrative Responsibility, and the equipment was sent to the penalty area.
